Perfectly located for local amenities , beautiful countryside walks, fantastic pubs, chew valley lake and just 10 minutes to Bristol international airport. One double bedroom with separate shower cubicle, plus double futon in living area to sleep a further 2 adults. Kitchenette with fridge, tea &coffee making facilities ,microwave, and induction hob . Free parking on premises . The space This is a private entranced annexe adjoined to our family home. The perfect retreat to escape and relax and conveniently located as a base to explore the beautiful chew valley. A one up one down arrangement with double bedroom including separate shower cubicle on the first floor . Separate toilet and basin off the stairs and a cosy living area with 43inch HD TV and kitchenette on the ground floor . The living area has a large futon style sofa which can accommodate a further 2 guests if needed. Kitchenette includes fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and induction hob plus crockery and cutlery . Please note to taller guests (6ft plus) the kitchen area has a very low ceiling height. Guest access The annexe is separate to our main family home and so the whole space is privately accessed for your stay . Other things to note The property is conveniently situated in the centre of this beautiful village just a stones throw to the local shops/ pubs-and is easy to find on a small through road. It is worth mentioning there can be some light traffic in the day ( it is however a 20mph road and adjacent to a narrow stone bridge over the river chew) We have recently completely refurbished the space and so it is fresh, and set up perfectly for your comfort . The shower cubicle is situated in the bedroom and so we have erected a privacy screen for your convenience. The toilet and basin are in a separate room . Ample beautiful countryside walks on the doorstep and a very short stroll to the village high street which boasts 3 fantastic pubs, a coffee shop, a seafood restaurant/ fishmonger, convenience store , pharmacy , traditional butcher , gift shop , and much more. 20 minute walk to chew valley lake 10 minute drive to Bristol airport. We have ample parking for 1 or more cars but please do let us know in advance so we can ensure the space is available. Sorry no pets allowed.
