Private suite with kitchenette, bathroom & toilet

Private bedroom with a king-sized bed complete with a smart TV (chromecast), WIFI, fridge, microwave, cooktop & ensuite bathroom. Kitchenette has microwave, gas cooktop, nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster & sandwich press. There is a locked door separating this guest suite from the rest of the house. Located near the Bullcreek train station & 50m to Leach Highway bus-stops Plenty of shops, eateries nearby. Direct access to in-ground trampoline. The spa/pool is out of order The space For stays longer than a week you can use our washing machine attached to the main house on request for free. We also have another outdoor area, which you can use with an in-ground trampoline and lounge chair. An outdoor BBQ grill is available for use including backyard dining table. You can access the backyard and hot tub spa jacuzzi directly. Do tell us in advance if you plan to use so that we can heat the spa up to hot. It is usually kept warm. May take a few days to heat up depend on the weather. It is child-friendly with high chair, travel cot, toys, kid's books provided upon request. It has plenty of parking space in the vicinity. Flexible check-in and check-out times are available (subject to booking availabilities). As hosts, we are always available for any questions or help and live next door in the main part of the home. Guest access You have your own private space, entry, guest suite, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The only shared space is outdoors, the spa and the trampoline by the side. We don't use the front entry as we enter our house from the garage side. Other things to note Check in time 2pm Check out time 11am Check in time (Saturday) 3pm, but 2pm might be possible TBC Please note the spa can take 2-3 days to heat up, so advanced notice is required if you specifically want to use it. As it is located outdoors it does get very cold when you come out of the spa, especially in winter. For guests using the spa, please note to keep the spa in a clean state. For example, ensure no sand, excessive body lotion etc before entering the spa. There is a microwave oven but no wall oven. Please note we do not have a full size dining table, just the tables as pictured. However you can use the outdoor dining table and chairs in the alfresco. Windows are double glazed which helps to keep traffic noise down. You may hear the sounds of a piano being played sometimes, when our son is practising.
