This place offers additional accessibility feature to suit your group's needs, such as accessible toilet and shower, separate kitchenette on the ground floor and a dedicated workspace. The space Ground Floor Configuration: Double Sofa bed, TV lounge, Powder room, Dedicated workspace, Kitchenette, Accessible Toilet & shower, Front door with off street entrance, Rear door entrance directly from the carpark. First Floor Configuration: Spacious Lounge with TV, Main Kitchen, Dining Area, Laundry Second Floor Configuration: Master bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed 2nd bedroom: 2 x Single Bed Bathroom with shower & toilet Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & conditioner, facial soap and hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, wine glasses, coffee/tea selections, fridge & dishwasher. Kitchenette is equipped with tea/coffee selections, kettle, microwave. Laundry is equipped with washing machine, washing powder, iron & ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum. Free WIFI coverage throughout the entire loft. Guest access Your group are welcome to enjoy the entire space that the loft has on offer. We ask you to please take care of the place as your own home during the stay. Party and events are not allowed. Please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no loud noise after 10pm. Please take care of your dirty dishes and clean the oven after use. Extra cleaning charges $40 if the oven is found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all lights, central heating, fan and AC are switched off when check out. Please ensure the front and rear entrance door are locked when checkout. Other things to note There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we ask our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm. Additional Rules: NO SMOKING - Any evidence of smoking will cause a penalty of 500 AUD. NO PARTIES - Please do not make loud noise or access drinking, as we have close neighbours and inbuilding security guard patrol. Any loud noises or parties will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. CHECK IN - The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check in instruction carefully and contact us if you have any problems. The check-in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEY - Once you have checked in, the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge of loss or damage of the keys and access devices will be charged $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we will charge $100 for attending the house and unlock the door. DAMAGES - Any damages or losses to the property will be charged $500 or deposit whichever is greater.
