Please take care of your dirty dishes and clean the oven after use. Extra cleaning charges $40 if the oven is found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all lights, central heating, fan and AC are switched off when check out. Please ensure the front and rear entrance door are locked when checkout. Other things to note There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we ask our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm. Additional Rules: NO SMOKING - Any evidence of smoking will cause a penalty of 500 AUD. NO PARTIES - Please do not make loud noise or access drinking, as we have close neighbours and inbuilding security guard patrol. Any loud noises or parties will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. CHECK IN - The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check in instruction carefully and contact us if you have any problems. The check-in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEY - Once you have checked in, the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge of loss or damage of the keys and access devices will be charged $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we will charge $100 for attending the house and unlock the door. DAMAGES - Any damages or losses to the property will be charged $500 or deposit whichever is greater.
