‘Le mirador’ Private chalet, big view near Morzine

A unique and beautifully renovated mountainside escape with incredible views up and down the valley. Perfect for a special getaway for 2 or for a small group of friends (kids welcome but please note the steep stairs and open mezzanine) 15 minutes to the nearest ski station (free parking) or into the heart of the main portes de soleil area. Close to the beautiful shores of Lac Leman where you can find beaches and boating Please note this property has steep staircases The space Completely renovated over 2 years this barn is full of exposed original beams, warm wood and huge glass frontage You'll enter into a lobby for your coats and shoes and then pass straight into the main living area which has the kitchen, dining and small lounge areas, with direct access onto the large panoramic balcony. Off this main room is a steep staircase onto the 3rd floor Mezzanine bedroom. Normally this is set up as 2 single beds but we can make it into a double if needed and also we can add another single bed for extra guests. Down a steep staircase from the main room you'll enter the main bedroom with a king-size bed and direct access to the garden. The bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs on the left, with its own lockable door, but please note that the lower bedroom is open plan! 1 bedroom with large king bed- doors opening onto small garden Open plan Mezzanine room with 2 singles or large double (possibility for extra bed) Shared bathroom within the main bedroom (fully lockable) Fireplace, balcony and free parking for 2 cars (electric car charging possible) Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourself with a large balcony and small garden area. But you can also take a walk down the main garden and visit the chickens or the lovely veggie patch- please shut the gates behind you! If you've brought your kids there is also a trampoline and a swing set and castle available for use- please watch your kids at all times. Electric car charging is available on site via a regular outdoor socket. There is a nightly supplement of 10€ for this We can also provide secure bike and ski storage Other things to note Firewood is provided for your first evening, after that you can buy logs from the local supermarket
