It is on it’s own exclusive large lot and has a fenced in back yard, perfect for pets. It is close to everything Columbus, Upper Arlington, Grandview, and OSU campus has to offer. This home provides smart TVs in the master bedroom and living room and WiFi throughout. A large comfortable sofa which can convert to a sleeper (sleeps up to 2) lines the living room and there's plenty of seating with additional comfortable chairs and stools. Open concept kitchen has granite counters and counter height seating for 2 and is open to the living room. There is an additional counter height table which can seat 3 more guests to eat at, or to function as a computer work station. Our home has a complete kitchen ready to cook, with all the supplies you would need. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The master suite features a queen sized bed with its own closet. There is an additional bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed which can sleep up to 2 guests and also has a private closet. There is a one bathroom in the home, with a tub/shower and washer and dryer included. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises including front and back porches. No loud music permitted whatsoever. Parties are permitted with written permission from host only and with party fee (based on number of guests). Please inquire for pet requests.
