The house has treated water (Cedae). There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, each bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed that can also be used during your stay in our house. Very well located, in a gated community, close to the beaches, bakeries, markets, pharmacies and the best restaurants in the neighborhood. Guest access Access to the entire house! Other things to note * You will have energy charge of R$1.20/kWh. An attendant will measure along with you at the entrance and exit of the house, and will ask for cash payment or bank transfer (only if you have within business hours). *Small, trained dogs may be accepted, as well as other pets, but you must let us know before booking. * Cleaning and Sanitation Protocol were adopted. *The house will be rented to families and groups of adults over 21 years of age. * All utensils may be used. * We DO NOT have bath or face towels, you must bring them! * We have bedding but you need to bring yours too ! * The house will be clean.
