This sweet little place is tucked away in a ghost town, central to several places of interest, making it easy to plan your visit. Within 20 minutes of Atoka, home of Reba’s Place, 45 minutes of Durant and Choctaw Casino - and Tishomingo, home of ol’ Reds and Blue River. Handicap assessable. The space There is a one car garage to keep your vehicle safe from the elements. The kitchen is equipped with a stove a refrigerator and microwave oven, and a dishwasher. You’ll also find cookware, coffee pot, most anything found in a home. The living area has a gas faux fireplace and French doors that open onto a large full length covered porch with festive lighting and seating. The bathroom is assessable through the living room and through the bedroom. The shower is fully handicap accessible with a shower chair upon request. The bedroom has a large comfortable king size bed. A pack and play or additional air mattresses are available upon request. All doors are 36 inches allowing easy access of a wheelchair. Guest access The complete home is available. The washer and dryer are inside the kitchen area. Other things to note This little house was build for my Vietnam veteran uncle. He was handicap and enjoyed his independence. He helped to design the B-1 Stealth and this home has been decorated in his honor. We lovingly referred to him as Beano. We welcome you to Beano’s Pad and hope you enjoy some history. Note: he did not pass away in his home. His 2 little dogs have moved across the yard to my home but they can sometimes be found inside Beano’s Pad if the door is open.
