Would like to see the modern Tbilisi? Chavchavadze avenue is just 10 minutes by walk... The space The apartment is over 100 square metres and is located on the last floor of the building. It has a very sophisticated and modern interior with emphasis on art and coziness. It has breathtaking views over the whole city and one can even see mount Qazbegi in a good weather. What makes the apartment especeally attractive to the guests is its rich collection of house plants and flowers that were collected and taken care by the owner of the apartment over the years. You can see some of the rarest rose species on the balcony. It is worth mentioning that the house has unique location - while it is situated on Kekelidze street - it is also connected to Barnovi street with a tiny bridge. Everything that tourists love to visit in Tbilisi is in a walking distance from this location. Guest access Guests can access all open areas of the apartment: Living room, balcony, closet, kitchen and two bedroom. There is only one room that is locked and guests can not enter there. Other things to note Guests will need to climb last two floors on foot because elevator only goes till the 9th floor. It has never been a problem to any guest but we love to make sure you are informed about every detail.
