It is the oldest road in Chiang Mai. Opposite the apartment is a plaza with a 7-Eleven, coffee shop, KFC, etc. - 1 km away to the night market, Night Bazaar - About 1.4 km to Thapae Gate - About 5 km to Nimman Road. - It takes only 15 minutes from the airport to Astra Condo. - Highlights include the longest swimming pool and 360-degree views of Chiang Mai. Guest access ** Swimming pool and common area ** - You can use the swimming pool and common areas between 6:00 am and 9:30 pm every day. - You can enter and exit 24 hours a day. - Swimming pool, gym, yoga room, sauna, and work area are on the 17th floor (key card required for entry). Open/close: 6:30 am - 9:00 pm - There is ample free parking. Other things to note For a single booking, we provide drinking water and basic amenities for you in our room. For check-in, if you arrive between 11:00 am- 6:00 pm, we will have a staff member bring you the key card, but if you arrive after 6:00 pm, You can check in yourself by following the instructions we will send you 1 day before your trip. - Normally, during your stay, towels will not be changed and the room will not be cleaned because there is a washing machine in the room. If you want to have the room cleaned and towels changed, there will be a fee as follows: 100 baht per set of towels, 500 baht per cleaning. - If you book for more than 5 days, we will provide a free cleaning service for you once, changing all the bed sheets and towels. Please let us know the time 1 day in advance and we will come to clean after 3:00 pm. - We have prepared the necessary equipment for your stay. If the towels and bed sheets are used for the wrong purpose and are damaged or dirty and cannot be washed, we will have to charge an appropriate fee. - There are 2 waste disposal rooms on each floor, located at the entrance, on the stairs next to the elevator, or next to the last 2 rooms, 26 and 35. - Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned, but if there are any mistakes, you can let us know at any time.
