Casa al Clots

Our home at Clots is a lovely apartment in a converted old farm house. There are two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen; for more than 5 guests the third bedroom will also be used, available on request with a surcharge. To unload your suitcases you arrive by car 30m from the front door (parking is on the street at 100m), but when there is snow you have to take two more steps (about 80m). The space The living room with kitchen (no dishwasher), has a large extendable table, with a small but cozy sofa. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with duvets, linen and towels for all. In the middle room there is a bunk bed with three beds (90cm), the one to the right of the bathroom has a double bed (180cm) and in the third there is a bunk bed for two (the one above has the inconvenience of the beams of the ceiling) (90cm) and an old queen size bed (120cm). The remote-controlled heating will allow you to find the house already warm upon your arrival. Be careful though, that in the third room (the one with the balcony) I can't control it remotely, so you'll have to turn it on the gas radiator when you arrive; NB it could be very cold for the first hour and we only use it if the number of guests is more than 5. The bathroom is small, but has everything you need. There is an entrance where you can leave your coats and shoes, and finally a closet with the washing machine. NB The rest of the old house will be accessible, but NOT at your disposal. It is forbidden to use the bathroom on the ground floor (there is no water). Guest access The house is very large, but the parts at your disposal will be only the three bedrooms, the living room with balcony, the small hall, the closet and the bathroom. The rest is not heated and will not be usable. It is forbidden to use the bathroom on the ground floor (there is no water). Other things to note Sheets, towels and duvets are included for all. In the kitchen there is everything you need: oven and stove, various pots, coffee makers (3 and 6 cups), plates, glasses (including wine glasses), cutlery, knives, bowls, cups and mugs, blender, grater, citrus squeezer, etc... In the bathroom there is a hairdryer; in the closet there is a small washing machine and a high chair for children. There is no television and no Wi-Fi for an off-the-grid vacation.
