Everything within 1.5 km distance. Bus/Borrby Train 10 km Gärsnäs/Smedstorp The space You come to a fully equipped house with a familiar feeling, high ceilings and open living areas. The kitchen and living room with a lovely wood-burning stove are the core of the house and with all the large windows you have wonderful contact with nature. The house is located next to the last time on our small village road, so it is quiet and child-friendly. The kitchen Here is most of it, you don't think you need anything (everything from dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, toaster to oyster knife, etc.), but ask before arrival and you'll know for sure. Feel free to use our spices, grits and oils! We will be happy if you replace with new ones if something runs out, so the next guest can also take part of this service. The house is surrounded by open landscapes, the plot is 2800 sqm and has large nice grass areas suitable for games and relaxation. We grow and sow in our garden and you are welcome to taste the berries and use the fresh spices! BEDROOM Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, it is bright and airy with its own patio door to the wooden deck to the south! There is a comfortable 160 bed, bedside table, lamps, small mirror, ceiling fan, ironing board, iron, wardrobe and blackout curtain. And a small nice workspace with bookshelf and en/v printer. Bedroom 2 is a small and cozy bedroom located on the first floor with windows facing the back. Here is a 160 bed, there are 2x80 somewhat firmer beds that can be separated, lamps, mirror, bookshelf, small fan, clothes storage and blackout curtain. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has beautiful light from both the French balcony door and the beautiful glass doors. There is a comfortable 160 bed, bedside table, mirror, lamps, junior bed, baby bed, clothes storage and a ceiling fan. Above the stairs is a nice reading nook with books and games, and armchair to relax in. All rooms are cozy and decorated with care, the bedrooms have comfortable fiber duvets, and two comfortable fiber pillows/person. /Bed linen, shower towel included in the rental./ FOR CHILDREN There is a high chair, a baby high chair and a perch chair for slightly older children, junior bed, crib, bed linen and a potty! And of course, we have a small play corner with Lego, books and some other fun stuff! OTHER Pets. Unfortunately, due to allergies, we can only accept dogs and they MUST be housebroken. Please note, dogs are not allowed in beds or other furniture. Long leash with screw to put in ground is located, it is located to the right inside the front door. Cleaning is mandatory to book, this in order for all our guests to be sure that they always come to a clean and fresh house. IT WiFi via mobile unlimited broadband. TV you watch via Chromcast. Bluetooth speakers are available for indoor use. Sv/v printer. OUTSIDE Small nice pool (2x3 m) with nice wooden deck and mandatory pool cover. The Pool is open for use (May) June - September. Note: Depending on the weather and access to water, the period can be shortened/extended. Solar heated outdoor shower stands right by the pool! For everyone's well-being, and to keep the chlorine at the right level, we ask you to always shower before dip in the pool 🐠 At the back there is a large dining furniture (seat cushions located by the sofa) with room for about 12 people. On the front is a smaller table, a nice rattan sofa with cushions to relax in. Sunbeds/sun loungers are available and can be moved around as you wish. (The sun loungers are removed by us for the fall season and put out again May/June, as well as the sails you see in the photos.) BBQ. Washing line. Water hose. GAMES/GAMES Boulé and some other nice outdoor games for both adults and kids. Small scooter and tricycle for small children, a "water pool" for small small children, as well as right now a (1) working adult bike/a bike helmet! THE FRONT DOOR Verisure alarm, YaleDoorman with code lock. The day before your arrival, you will have your own personal code to get in, as well as to alarm. The entrance is at the back of the house. The house was ready for move-in in the spring of 2021, we interior and develop every once in a while. For example, we plan to build an outdoor kitchen, but at the time of writing, we do not dare to say when it is ready. So more times, you'll probably have small new nice changes! We are building a Konstateljé of 20 sqm Sleeping loft with window and comfortable double bed, shower room/toilet, small kitchenette to make yourself a cup of coffee, large beautiful windows with fairytale views. The studio is about 10 meters from the main house and is built to be primarily a painting studio. From June, we expect the Studio to be ready and can be used to sleep in. Only rented together with the booking of the main building. Please advise if this is interesting. Price per day is SEK 1,250 including cleaning, bed linen and shower towels. Rental is taken out for the same dates as the main house is booked. There will be a "ladder" up to the sleeping loft so it is best suited for fully mobile people. Dogs are not allowed in the Ateljén with regard to art materials. Guest access You have the entire house except for a wardrobe in the hall, and a couple of drawers/shelves that are marked Private. Other things to note We ask that you respect any irrigation bans and do not waste the water. Electricity. Please read by the electricity meter on arrival/departure, send by TEXT please. The electricity meter is on the one short side of the house. Consumption up to SEK 300 is included. Charging poles for electric cars are available at ICA in Borrby. Note: Do not charge from the house as it can cause electrical failure. We are planning for installing an electric pole in the future. According to Swedish law, pool protection must be on when you do not have an overview of the pool. Drive slowly (15 km/h) on our small village road, children and animals can appear!
