Family-friendly oasis with a dream garden

Our second home in the Klützer Winkel: In the hinterland of Boltenhagen, quiet & away from the hustle and bustle - but close to the beach! A special feature of the former farmhouse of the estate is the beautiful garden ideal for all ages. Fountain, sandbox, 3 terraces that offer sun or shade depending on the time of day. The property borders a meadow and offers a high degree of privacy. The village has the character of a circular village and is largely spared from car traffic except for local traffic. The space The house has been renovated biologically and impresses with clay walls, oak plank floors and energy efficiency through wall heating. Danish windows opening to the outside complete the picture. The center of the house is the dining area (table 2 m long, expandable up to 3 m) with the open kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (180 x 200) made from old pitch pine planks. There is also a Sky Chair available for reading. The workplace can also be found there. In the children's room there is a single bed (100 x 200) and a bed that can be extended to 140 x 200 cm. A children's travel cot can be provided if necessary. Games, puzzles and books for different age groups are available. From the living room (sofa bed 140 x 200 cm) you can reach the garden via the terrace. A 3D TV with Blu-ray player and movies provides entertainment. There is also an Applebox with Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. The carpenter-made solid wood kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances is very well equipped. The refrigerator is small but has a freezer. There is a barbecue in the outdoor area, several deck chairs, a sandbox and a small water point with pump (children love to "work" here!!). Sandalwood is abundant. The bathrooms were last renovated in 2018, solid wood work from 120-year-old pitch pine planks by the carpenter. The washing machine is available free of charge. There is a rotary clothesline in the garden for drying. Guest access Guests have access to bedroom, children's room, living room, dining room, kitchen, both bathrooms, anteroom, outdoor area Other things to note The garden offers a variety of places to rest and relax. The house is largely equipped with antiques, a slightly morbid charm gives the listed property that special something. Beach towels are available at extra cost if needed. In the house is free internet access with fiber optic cable!
