Robins Rest is part of a row of terraced miners cottages in the lovely village of Pendeen which is famous for its mining heritage in the heart of Poldark Country. Geevor tin mine is a short walk away as well as Pendeen light house. The cottage is situated on the beautiful, rugged, south west coast path, an area of oustanding natural beauty. It is a walkers and cyclists paradise, a perfect base to explore the beautiful far west has to offer. The space Please be aware, Robins Rest is a traditional miners cottage which reflects in the size of the property. Robins Rest takes bookings from Adults only. It sleeps up to 4 guests. The cottage would be suitable for 1/2 couples or 1/2 single people. 1/2 small dogs (to be agreed prior to booking - for an extra fee). The cottage boasts 3 separate garden spaces with own parking and sea views. The 2 spacious bedrooms are situated on the first floor, each has plenty of storage. The bathroom consists of a toilet, wash basin and fitted shower cubicle. A well fitted kitchen which incudes oven / grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and plenty of utensils. Dining room table and chairs are located in the front porch. The living room has a comfy 2 seater sofa and 2 additional arm chairs along with a T.V and Wi-Fi. Guest access There is plenty of space at the rear for guests parking. Guests are to access the cottage via the rear garden gate. The key safe is on the wall next to the back, wooden door. Grab rails fitted to make entry easier into property. Other things to note The daily fee reflects the size, facilities and upkeep of a 200 year old property.
