Private room in a large apartment

Let nature carry you and enjoy the peace and quiet. The new neighborhood has many children, of whom you hear little. It's in a cul-de-sac. 2 minutes' walk to the forest, 10 minutes to the Aare, 15 minutes to the train station or 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is only 4 years old and has an upscale standard. You can enjoy your own bathroom in peace, we share the living area and the kitchen. The partly covered terrace is very spacious. The space The room includes a double bed, a table with 2 chairs as a work area and a Kallax shelf. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and a cloakroom for jackets and shoes. Guest access The room has its own bathroom with shower/toilet. Kitchen and dining area are shared, as well as the terrace. For long-term rentals, a parking space can be rented. During your stay Whether text message, voice message, email or phone. Everything is fine. We like to greet our guests in person and answer any questions directly. Other things to note We value order and cleanliness. With consideration and tolerance, it is easy to live 😉. The apartment, including the terrace, is non-smoking. There are no pets.
