Magnificent individual chalet in a quiet and green area. Beautiful view on the Alps. Fully equipped, accessible all year round. Suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The space Accessible all year round by a tarmac road, the chalet is situated in a green setting, with wooded pastures, yet close (approx. 400 m) to the tourist attractions of the Col de la Vue des Alpes and in the immediate vicinity of the Chemin des Crêtes. The immediate surroundings (1200 m2) are private. The area is very quiet and ideal for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, etc. or simply for relaxation! On the main floor, the living room includes the lounge, the dining area and the kitchen. This room is very bright and offers a breathtaking view of nature and the Alps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooker, hot-air oven, raclette oven, fondue stove, mixer, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (portions to be purchased on site). Linen and washing-up liquid are available. Unlimited wifi connection, TV and board games. The toilet is also on this floor. The 1st floor has 2 closed bedrooms with a large double bed, and 1 semi-open sleeping area with a trundle bed. The beds are comfortable and of excellent quality. Each bed has its own window. Access to the first floor is via a relatively steep staircase, which is why the chalet is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. In the basement, accessible via a trapdoor and stairs, is the bathroom with a shower, a cellar and access to the outside terrace. The large outdoor area has everything you need to enjoy nature and good weather outside: terrace with a view of the Alps, solid wood picnic table next to the fir trees, barbecue area for summer grilling. Sun loungers are available. The chalet is equipped with solar panels and a heat pump. The chalet is ideal for 4 people. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Guest access The chalet and grounds are individually owned and available to the tenants. Other things to note The tourist tax is included in the price. It includes free admission to 31 museums in the region. Bed sheets and bath towels are also included in the price.
