Quiet 1 bdrm Apt - for Travel Professionals

Travelling professionals love my condo. Minimum stay of 90 days. Relax in this getaway space that has been newly renovated. Quiet, safe, easy parking. Washer and dryer just a door away. Right off the highway. Use of pool and tennis court. Minimalist décor. Kitchen has cooking supplies- just add groceries. Enjoy free Netflix /Amazon, read a book, or relax in front of the gas fireplace or with a blanket on the grass outside. The space When you enter, a small hallway opens to the main living space. A bedroom and small bathroom are to the left. Large uncluttered living room leads to the nice sized dining area. Kitchen is comfortable with dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen sized bed. Lots of storage space. Guest access The apartment is all yours to enjoy. Fully furnished. I lived in it last year. Key code for the door gives you easy access and no one else has access to your space but me. Other things to note There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the utility room across the hall. There will be a key available for that in the apartment. Bring quarters- $2.50 will get you washed and dried. The TV only provides streaming services with the Roku remote. No cable or antenna channels. I have the Netflix and Amazon Prime Video logged into my account for your use. Any purchases, please send through any money app. The cleaning fee includes a mid-stay refresher. I will have the apartment cleaned halfway through your stay. This includes cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, and mopping or vacuuming the whole place. Please leave the apartment in the same condition you received it. This is a time for me to replenish paper or cleaning products, anything needed, and give you a clean set of towels. There will be an extra set of clean sheets available if you want to change your own sheets. You will be responsible for taking your trash and your recycling to the dumpsters on the other side of the complex, by the tennis courts.
