The space Welcome to our outpatient housing residence. This home is ideal for those who need to be close to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. We have over 20 years of experience working with patients at both hospitals. The home is pet friendly. Extended stay rates beyond 30 days are negotiable. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our carriage house features a first floor bedroom and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor has a pull-out sofa, a 55" Smart TV, and a small kitchenette. If you need additional hospital amenities (rollaway bed, hospital bed, shower chair, etc) please let us know. The first floor is wheelchair friendly. Head upstairs to find a small living room with a Smart TV, full kitchen, a queen bed, and a full ensuite bathroom. NOTE: No dishwasher provided. The second floor is carpeted. Free parking in the driveway or in the attached garage. Washing machine and dryer are free to use and are located on the first floor. Our office is located a few miles from the unit - if there are any repairs or problems we're usually at the unit within the hour. Guests will use the private driveway to enter the unit. IMPORTANT =>>> In this area of Cleveland Heights, it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a VERY thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
