Adjacent to the island is the dining table for six with window views to the west – perfect for sunset dinners. An outdoor balcony with café table and chairs invites evening cocktails while overlooking the Gulf, Seaside homes and 30A. A new half-bath is situated steps above the family room. A stackable washer/dryer is also on level one. In addition, just outside the condo, guests are welcome to use the common exterior courtyard with comfortable seating and more breathtaking views. Upstairs, a master bedroom with king bed, large screen TV and luxurious private bathroom, replete with lounging tub and separate shower, trough sink, vanity and more. The second bedroom features two twin beds, desk and closet, and a second remodeled bath steps away. As a Seaside surprise, the upstairs hallway leads to a hidden gem – a private rooftop patio, outfitted with two lounge chairs, couch for three, tables, drink bar, stools, refrigerator and sink. Bewildered No More is an art-lover’s paradise as well, featuring mesmerizing photos by world-renowned photographers and a 6’ Mermaid sculpture adorning the wall leading to the bedrooms. Photographic displays throughout the upstairs keep guests enthralled. Bewildered No More is part of the residential-commercial building designed by two of America’s esteemed architects, Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti.
