Directly across the street is a large park with Pickleball, a Playground, Soccer fields, and greenery. The space You'll recieve an instant access code for the Yale Keypad lock within Minutes for full access to this renovated, 1000 sq ft place with a single story layout and sunken living room. Some nice things the unit includes are two bathroom sink areas, Fast Wi-Fi, a full sized washer (no agitator!) and dryer, and Smart TV for easy access to any streaming provider you subscribe to. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need -- if I'm missing a kitchen essential please let me know and I'll get one brought over. Sometimes guests bring basic ingredients -- salt & pepper, condiments, non perishable food, etc. We leave these stocked for future guests rather than throw out perfectly good food. If you would prefer to not use them -- don't. General Disclaimer -- *PLEASE* have reasonable expectations. We put a large amount of work into renovating, maintaining, and furnishing the space, but at the end of the day this is still just a single story style apartment across from a park in a residential neighborhood, built in the 1970's. It isn't a Ritz Carlton operation. We'll certainly help for reasonable things (just send us a message), but we can't be your concierge service. For all consumables including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, keurig cups, etc. -- well equipping the first round is on us, additional rounds on you (True story -- someone once went through 12 rolls of toilet paper in 2 days and wanted more!). For those few disclaimers though I do guarantee though that you'll have a comfortable, clean stay in a nice neighborhood -- much better value than any hotel in the area -- and that you'll find the property accurately pictured and described. Across from an elementary school with good police presence in the area. Parking for up to 2 cars in the back and plenty additional if needed on the street. Other things to note Kindly refrain from smoking in the unit. Thanks
