Close by are restaurants,shops, stunning coastal walkways and dive and fishing charters which provide access to the world renowned Poor Knight Islands and other fantastic spots. The space This unit is very private with the newly renovated kitchen/living area and a beautiful garden view where native birds bath in a large bird bath in front of your bedroom. Best suited to a couple. Guest access The studio is self contained away from the main house it is attached to a garage but detached from the main house with lots of space between for privacy, and there is 2 acres of shared garden. Other things to note Guests should be aware that there are two small dogs that share the property and roam free around the garden. There is strictly no smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
