Beach/Pool! Newly Remodeled!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Big with lots of personal space. Live in a great area close to everything especially the beach. Huge place with high ceilings, gets lots of sun and is quiet, which is nice in a big city. Safe, clean space. Plenty of street parking. After booking the first month, most of my guests that stay longer or return pay direct and avoid all the fees. One Person. No Pets. No Drugs, Smoking/vape. Thanks! The space No one in LA has more living space, this close to the beach, than us 2000 sqft. High ceilings, big windows and lots of sunlight. Very quiet, no one above or below. You can park right outside the place...a rarity at the beach. Guest access Guests have access to everything...its LA no room to be uptight! During your stay Gonna be honest I'm probably the funnest hosts you could ever have. Have traveled to 6 continents (Antarctica you next!) and over 59 countries. I love people...I am also one of the few "real" Californians...haha! Other things to note Request: In the nicest of ways, please don't message us to ask if we will rent it for less, for more guests, or for showings. We put everything (photos, descriptions, reviews) in the ad for that reason.
