Other things to note There are two cats, both indoor and outdoor, who are beloved members of the family (refer to the attached photos). If you wish to bring a small furry friend weighing under 20 lbs, please be aware that an additional pet fee will apply. It is essential to disclose and obtain approval for your pet prior to check-in. While the property is smoker-friendly, smoking is only permitted outside to ensure the comfort of all guests. Additionally, ONE parking space in the driveway is available for guests renting a bedroom on a nightly basis.
