Enjoy your time in this spacious and serene space! Just a stone throw away from the water this studio is nestled into the mountains. There is a beautiful pool, hot tub and outside shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, fridge as well as all you would need for a lovely weekend. There is a 3/4 bathroom in the apartment and a smart Roku TV. You can dine inside or enjoy the outside large dining table next to the barbecue pit. The jacuzzi and pool are heated winter only. The space This is a studio apartment so all your living space and kitchen are in one common area. Your laundry facilities are right outside the door to enter the studio. Everything is on the first floor so no stairs. The swimming pool is right out the sliding glass door. This is a clean and chic home to stay in! Guest access Guests can use the downstairs courtyard with pool and Jacuzzi. The Pool and Jacuzzi won’t be heated during the warmer months, usually from June to November. The washer dryer is just outside the studio apartment. Other things to note The pool and hot tub are heated from the month of November until the end of May.
