Barn Owl Villa North, fenced yard, dogs welcome

Get cozy and settle into this modern rustic space. It’s perfect for 1-2 people wanting to visit the North Georgia Mountains for hiking trails around Tallulah Gorge, visiting our beautiful wineries or shopping the nearby mountain town of Clayton. We are 9 miles north of Tallulah Falls, 3 miles south of Clayton. The villas are connected like a duplex but do not share space except driveway & parking area. We welcome 1-2 dogs for a fee. Please make certain any dogs are listed on your reservation. The space *Contact us for reservations longer than 2 weeks. We often have special prices for month-long stays in certain months. Jan/Feb Available. Perfect for long or short term The North Villa has a small porch for sitting with a gas barbecue grill, attached fenced in area with a fire pit. The Living Room has a gas stove for cold nights, but also a split heat/AC unit that heats and cools the whole space. The Smart TV in the living room can be swiveled around to be enjoyed in the sleeping area, The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of space for two people, a tv with Netflix and Hulu and other smart TV options. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity and stackable, washer, and dryer. All linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also have a hairdryer, iron, and small ironing board. The kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator, oven and range, Keurig coffee maker with coffee & creamer, and tiny dishwasher. It has plenty of counter space to make meals, and a window that opens to the fenced in backyard. Wi-Fi is available. There is a fire pit with wood provided and chairs in the fenced in yard. The villa is semi attached to another Unit, but only shares the parking lot. All other spaces are separate and private, including the fenced in area. The Villa is not suitable for children under 12. And is only suitable for two people max. Guest access Each villa has their own outdoor space. The only share a parking area with the south Villa. Other things to note PLEASE. list any dog/dogs on your reservation so we know they are staying with you. 1st dog fee is $35, 2nd dog is additional $25. Please include the fee or we can request it before check in. We do not allow cats due to allergies
