The space is a clean chic 3BR-Master ensuite sitting on the 4th floor with garden and pool views from the living room. The space Sitting on the fourth floor, with an airy environment and great views of the pool, the space is modern and chic. The sitting room has a 5-seater cosy sofa with a 55-inch TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix ready. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare proper meals and quick meals too. Water from the tap is fresh and purified. We provide complementary coffee/tea bags and sugar. The kitchen also leads to the pantry and the washing area/balcony. This area can be used as a chill spot to smoke or share a drink. The space is a 3-BR master ensuite. All rooms are spacious and fitted with wardrobes and large windows for natural light. we provide clean towels and bedding that can be changed upon request however our housekeeper tidies up every day. We provide bathing soap and the hot shower works all day long. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole apartment. The apartment sits on the 4th floor. There is an elevator leading to AB2-15. You can access the Pool all day however a small charge applies 2$. There is a garden where both adults and children can relax. We have a mall that has upcoming outlets, the main Supermarket is Chandarana for quality shopping. Other things to note 1. We are in Athi River, a satellite town from Nairobi. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged. Please reach out if you have such a request. 2. The elevator is under maintenance we improvise the concierge just in case you have lots of luggage we shall help when checking in and checking out. 3. The swimming is paid for 2$ per adult and 1$ for a child. Please enquire about the procedure to pay 4. We have car hire services @30$ per day for a 5-seater hatchback. Airport transfers to and fro the airport are charged 20$ one way. 5. We observe a STRICT no disturbance policy. We do not allow parties or events in the apartment. The apartment shall be used only for vacation purposes.
