This secluded beachfront villa offers panoramic sea and mountain views. Set inside the Punta Aderci reserve, known for beautiful beaches, walking trails and cycling, it’s the ideal place for a peaceful holiday. You’ll be entranced by the lush garden, the sunsets over the mountains, the sound of the sea. Amidst all this natural beauty, the interior of the villa is elegant and comfortable. We’ve thought of every detail to make your stay remarkable - so you can relax, and make it memorable! The space Outside, a beautiful seaside garden is shaded by pines, with mountain views and outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Double doors lead to the living room and dining area, kitchen and half-bath. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Queen-size beds are made with crisp percale sheets, bath towels are also provided. For larger families, we can add extra single beds in these rooms. The house is completely private and equipped with every comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, with Franke appliances including a built-in ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine and electric kettle. Beautiful copper cookware and sharp kitchen knives, an abundance of dishware and crystal glasses. A Weber barbecue is right outside the kitchen door. There is high- speed internet, and Chromecast capability for video streaming. Parking is available outside the gate, cars cannot be brought inside. There is a small service elevator exclusively for moving baggage. The floors are connected by an outdoor spiral staircase, this could be difficult if you have mobility challenges. We are sorry that we cannot accept pets of any kind. Other things to note The shops, restaurants and serviced beaches of Casalbordino Lido are a 15 minute walk away. There are wild beaches directly in front of the house that stretch intermittently to the one of the loveliest beaches in the region, Punta Penna. The best beaches for small children are the Casalbordino Lido and the sandy beach of Punta Penna. Here the water is usually shallow and calm.
