This 1700 sq. ft. retreat comfortably sleeps 8 and offers access to all community amenities at NO extra cost. Located 2 miles east of the popular 30A corridor, it’s perfect for a quiet, family-friendly vacation. Owner-managed, we provide many extra amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Built in 2017, our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 8 guests max, and offers an inviting open floor plan with high ceilings and a serene coastal decor. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it's the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. Highlights: Spacious Living: Relax in our stylishly decorated living room with an impressive 85" UHD TV and Bose sound bar (new October 2023). Enjoy games and movies provided for your entertainment. New Living Room furniture upgraded December 2025. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up culinary delights in our fully stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a Weber BBQ grill in the private courtyard. Essentials like 3 coffee makers, cookware, and utensils are all provided. We provide dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags for a week, plus food storage bags, aluminum foil, some basic spices, and cooking oils. Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Sleep soundly on quality mattresses in each bedroom, each equipped with large screen smart TVs. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private tree-top porch, perfect for unwinding. All beds are made with quality linens, with blankets, quilts, and pillows for your comfort. You will find extra blankets in the tops of each bedroom closet. We take great pride in providing you with an exceptionally clean, comfortable home. Your comfort is our top priority! With EIGHT (8) private beach walkovers in the community, our 2 person Beach Set is kept at walkover number 1, a short 750' from our front steps! STR # 37880 Guest access **Immediately after you book your reservation, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider TRUVI. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests & our property with extra protection. TRUVI will contact you via email &/or text to complete the verification process. You will have the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. This costs an additional $35 dollars plus fees regardless of which choice you make. Please be sure to complete your verification process in a timely manner to secure your booking! Upon booking FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY Beach House, you'll be required to register your vehicles to gain access into the gated community of Carillon Beach. You'll receive an invitation to register your vehicle(s) with SymLiv via text and/or email, at approximately $35 per vehicle, plus minimal fees. Please note, our property accommodates a maximum of three (3) vehicles, INCLUDING our private, resident Golf Cart, leaving space for TWO (2) guest vehicles ONLY. If your party will require more than TWO vehicles, Flip Flop Holiday will not be a good match for you as we do not have access to additional parking. Parking at Flip Flop Holiday is FREE for up to TWO VEHICLES. You are charged by SymLiv, a Carillon HOA third party provider, to register your vehicles to gain community access as is common practice in all of the Carillon Beach Community. Upon registration of your vehicle(s), you'll receive a QR code for access through the community gates. We recommend saving this code on your mobile device for easy access. If you encounter any issues with the gooseneck QR scanner at the entrance, our 24/7 gatehouse guards are available to assist you. In addition to the QR code, your SymLiv Access pass will include a five-digit code. This code OR your QR code is to be used at all community amenities and is not to be shared with anyone who is not in your party. This limits access to Carillon community amenities, including all beach walkovers, to guests who are registered to be in the community. Please consider our parking limitations (two additional cars maximum) when planning your trip. If your group requires more parking, we are not the best fit for your needs. **Parking at our home is free, but you will be responsible to pay SymLiv for your vehicle registration in order to get into the community. After entering Carillon Beach, it's time to enjoy FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY! You'll receive a personal five-digit security code for our keyless, WiFi-enabled locks located at both the side and front doors. This enhances security by eliminating physical keys that could be copied or lost. Your WiFi Door security code is active from 4 p.m. on your check-in date until 10 a.m. on your check-out date. Early check-in availability, if offered, will be communicated by the homeowner/property manager, who will adjust your code accordingly. We kindly request that you DO NOT arrive before 4 p.m., as housekeeping requires this time to meticulously prepare the home for your arrival. As a guest at FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY, you'll have complimentary access to all Carillon Beach community amenities, including three (3) pools: Gulfview Pool (unheated), and seasonally heated Bellview and Lakeview Pools. Bellview Park, just a short walk away at the end of our street, offers basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. To access community amenities, please have your QR code and/or five-digit code available to scan or enter at all gated amenities. DO NOT share your QR code or five-digit code with anyone outside of your guest party. Throughout the season (April to October), Carillon Beach hosts Groovin' on the Green, a free community concert series every first Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. on the community green.
