“Tiny Cottage on the River”

Enjoy the Belle river right out the back door. Fish, kayak and enjoy the wildlife floating by. Historic downtown Marine City is a short 7 blocks. Enjoy the many quaint shops, antique stores and many restaurants. Dine on the St.Clair river and watch the freighters go by! Beach is 7 blocks away, too. This is a tiny home for 2-3 people no parties. The space This is a 400 square foot tiny home on the river. 1 bedroom wth queen bed, and 1 bathroom. Living/kitchen has a loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed. Tv and dvd player and movies; antenna. No internet. Cell phone works fine. Guest access Entire tiny home and yard to yourself. Other things to note Bring your own firewood for fire ring. Swim, kayak, paddleboat etc in the Belle river (at your own risk; NO LIFEGUARD)
