Fantastic location 350 meters from the train station, 200 meters from the elevator to the beach and the port with departures for Capri, 50 meters from the main square and multi-story parking lots. The space This is a completely renovated independent studio apartment located on the most beautiful and popular pedestrian street in the city. The building is over 200 years old but is well preserved, and the balcony of the apartment overlooks the alley full of shops and restaurants. The bathroom is very spacious with a shower, a large sink and bidet. Inside the same bathroom you will also find a brand new washing machine and, on the internal balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, you will also have some wires to hang the laundry. Inside the studio there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove and you will have all the necessary dishes to prepare meals. There is also a table with chairs that is convenient for both eating and using your PC. We have WIFI, air conditioning and we have installed aluminum fixtures with double glazing with high acoustic and thermal insulation. Guest access The studio is accessed from a common door with another unit, passing through a common hallway area where you will then find your door and be entirely autonomous with your own internal bathroom.
