This home was recently purchased and is being remodeled. It is structurally sound and safe with water,electricity and laundry but this is not a vacation get away. Not fancy enough. Would however be a great place for a group of workers that need affordable temporary housing or someone in interim place to stay for work or till ones home is ready. It is currently unfurnished but wont be. Not for everyone but affordable and has potential. Lets talk about if it will work for you.
