Cozy villa with lovely patio

Cozy villa in a quiet area with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, including a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a third bedroom with two children's beds, 180 and 160 cm long, if needed (only for children). Fully-equipped kitchen. Large garden with patio and barbecue. Wi-Fi and Apple TV. Free parking on the street outside. Short walk to trams that take you to Nordstan/Centralen in 10 minutes and Liseberg in 20 minutes. (Note: Cat is in the home and has access to a limited part of the house.) Welcome! The space The house is a basement villa built in the 1950s. Upstairs, which has ground contact with the back of the house, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). Outside the bedroom there is a toilet. If necessary, an additional bed (tent bed) can be arranged. The accommodation then accommodates 5 adults. The kitchen is spacious and has contact with the dining area. Adjacent is also the living room with TV and fireplace - small and cozy but with an unusually generous ceiling height. There is also a door out to the large patio on the quiet back of the house, with seating furniture and barbecue. In the basement there is a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. There is also a guest room with a sofa bed for two people - pleasantly cool even during the hottest days of the summer. Next to the bathroom, there is a small laundry room. On the entrance floor, between the basement and the upper floor, there is a spacious hall. There is also the door to a study that we use for storage during the time we rent out the house in general. PLEASE NOTE: In the house, there are also two cats, which when we rent out have access to a limited part of the house via a cat flap. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the study on the ground floor as well as the rough entrance and food cellar in the basement. Other things to note We will probably be in the same city during the rental, but self check-in will be available.
