The space This 2-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and offers all modern comforts for a great stay in Paris. Bathed in light with its several windows, the apartment consists of a large living area with at the entrance a spacious & comfortable lounge area (WIFI, TV), an open and fully equipped American kitchen, a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people, a corridor leading to a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and 2 double bedrooms with plenty of built-in storage. That is : + 1 double bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200); + 1 double bedroom with double bed (140x200); + 1 bathroom with bathtub (no toilet) ; + 1 separate WC; + storage space entirely at your disposal; The apartment is bright and you will enjoy a truly breathtaking view of the Sacré-Coeur. Located on the 4th floor, please note that there is an elevator but it is very narrow but still allows for luggage and up to 2 people at a time. Baby equipment is available upon request (stroller, baby crib, high chair, etc.) for an additional fee. This service must be requested at the time of booking or at the latest 72 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability. For safety and hygiene reasons, bedding for infants and toddlers (sheets, blankets, pillows) is not provided. Please plan to bring your own if you wish to use the crib. When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products). We will welcome you in person to show you the apartment and give you the keys. A complete housing manual will also be at your disposal with all the information you need to have a pleasant stay (safety, equipment, good neighborhood addresses, etc.). Guest access + You have access to all of the accommodation as described in the photos. + We will welcome you in person on the ay of your arrival. This is why we need to set a meeting hour for your check-in ! + 1 set of keys will be given to you on arrival.
