(4 sofa beds all in total). Perfect place to enjoy the sunshine, sky nearby Horseshoe Valley or MT.St. Louise. 2 minutes walk to boat lounge, 7 minutes walk to the park with a beautiful beach and playground The space 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has 1 king bed. In the living room are 2 sofa beds. There is a guest house separated from the main house with a pool table and many other games. Perfect spot to hang out from the sleeping area. Tubing, snowboarding or skiing can be fun at Horseshoe Valley only 25 min away Other things to note All guests must complete a rental application and this will be the short-term lease agreement between both parties. We have CCTV surveillance on the property for noise complaints from neighbors after 11:00 pm and exceeded number of people. We host only families with kids. No younger than 30s.
