Sleeps 8; 1 super king, 1 double and 2 doubles (configured as bunk beds) across 3 bed rooms . Over 2 guests, there is a charge of £10 per person, per night. The space The property has an open-plan downstairs layout large enough for up to 8 guests. You will love the warm and cosy feel that this property offers. The living room area has very comfortable seating for up to 8 people, a large log burning stove, Smart TV and DVD player. You can also enjoy the use of our Bluetooth stereo, DVD's, board games and the eclectic style of books on display. Turn on the bookcases' fairy lights for an even more homely feel! The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and butler sink. It looks over to the dining area so great for socialising whilst cooking your tasty meal of choice. the dinning table will seat up to 8 people with a high chair available for smaller children. In warmer months you can enjoy the generous bifold doors that allow the garden to become another 'room' during your stay, promoting fresh air and even more space if you wish. Enjoy a sense of privacy in the south-facing rear garden which is surrounded by tree's and shrubbery. It boasts a substantial patio area with comfortable outside seating, sun loungers and BBQ. To continue enjoying the outside area until late evening, why not wrap up in a blanket, light the Fire Pit and pour yourselves another of your favourite tipple's and watch the stars! There are three large bedrooms one of which has 2 doubles configured as bunk beds which is ideal for up to 4 children, teenagers or adults alike. The master bedroom leads on to an attractive en-suite bathroom with twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. The main bathroom enjoys a lovely roll top bath and separate shower. There is also a downstairs WC for your convenience. Guest access All parts of the house and garden are available apart from the integrated garage and rear workshop.
