While we adhere to NYC Local Law 18 that mandates that the townhouse space be shared, we make sure that our guests feel their privacy is fully respected throughout their stay. We are in the house but you have privacy and security on your floor. Guest access Our family lives in the same townhouse unit and are available to answer questions or provide recommendations as needed. We are also happy to give our guests as much privacy as they request. If we are home when you arrive, we will greet you to show you around the suite and answer any questions.
