Hi I am Joe, a businessman and Casa Joza is our home where I live with my wife, Teza, a corporate lawyer. I love strumming the guitar, she loves art and we, together love meeting new people, hosting and sharing the peace in our life. If you are looking for a cozy, yet airy and centrally located accomodation to unwind in, do look up our place. We are a stone's throw from most places of interest in and around the French Quarter (also known as French Town or White Town) in Pondicherry. The space The space you will be booking is a private room with an attached spacious bathroom. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is a dedicated work space for you in your room with a table and a chair. The shared area in the apartment is well ventilated and the perfect space for you to unwind and read a book. Guest access You will have exclusive access to a private room for two with an attached and spacious bathroom in a three bedroom apartment. You will also share with us the common entrance, the living space, dining area and our patio/balcony. Guests will not have access to the kitchen and the bedrooms which are not part of the booking. During your stay I and my wife are at the BnB most of the time. We would love to get to know you. We would like for it to be an organic engagement both for your and our comfort. We all have days where we need space and days we need friendship and we are mindful of that. We will be available on call if we are not in Pondicherry. Other things to note Swiggy, Zomato and the local delivery app - Hopsticks delivers to the apartment and you can use the dining area (outdoor/indoor) as per your requirement. Smoking is allowed only on the patio/balcony and we request you to use ashtrays. Localites will not be admittes as guests. Every guest will be required to provide a copy of a valid address and identity proof. The apartment is single level with no steps inside (except one step each to the enter the bathroom and the patio). However, it is on the third floor of a building in the French Quarter and there is a lift/elevator for your convenience.
