Originally from 1960 and partially renovated in 2017 to 2023 with functional kitchen, new windows, air-to-air heat pump and electric car charger. Possibility of hunting and fishing. Norefjell Ski Resort is 40 km away. The space The cabin is from 1960 and partially renovated in 2017-2023 with a new kitchen, including the Quooker boiling water tank, electrical incineration toilet, shower, washbasin and terrace. Electric car charger, 3-phase 230V, was installed in 2022 and new windows and air-to-air heat pump in 2023. The 32" television requires the client's Apple-TV, Google TV or similar and your own HDMI-cable. Guests provide their own bed linen and towels or by the host at an extra charge. Sleeping bags are allowed. The master bed has two adjoining mattresses 90 x 200 cm, with two duvets measuring 150 x 200 cm, and two pillows 50 x 60 cm. The two other bedrooms have mattresses 90 x 200 cm, with duvets 150 x 200 cm and pillows are 50 x 60 cm. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole cabin. Other things to note During the hunting season from September to December there will be hunters in the neighbourhood. If the client uses the dataSIM Wifi Router the charge will be NOK 40,- per day, check with owner for weekly and monthly rates. To be settled after the stay. For stays of 28 days or longer the electricity will be charged according to consumption and actual cost. Please read the electricity meter on your arrival and departure. If the client uses firewood the charge will be NOK 125,- per load, to be settled after the stay. The rental for the canoe with accessories is NOK 300,- per day. The rental for the fishing equipment is NOK 100,- per day.
