Enjoy San Diego in this peaceful and centrally-located room! Located in Crown Point, 2 blocks from the bay and a 15min walk to the beach! Close to everything, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, enjoy beach life without all the chaos of PB. This private room has a king size bed, a private bathroom and shower, and 2 extremely large closets! Enjoy coffee or meals on the balcony, sit by the pool and relax! The complex has a large pool, 2 hot tubs, a gym, security, and parking. The space You will have a completely private bedroom and bathroom, and access to the rest of the home that is shared with the two of us. Enjoy coffee or meals on the balcony, sit and relax by the pool. There is laundry on the first floor We do hope you will be respectful and mindful of the fact that we have cat. He is super chill and lazy, you'll find him lounging in the living room most days but we do hope you're a cat person because he loves people! During your stay We are new to airbnb but we are excited to share our home with you, and share the love we have for San Diego! We would be happy to hang out, show you around San Diego and offer any suggestions for things you have to see and do while you're here! We both work full time, from the east coast, when we are not working we are either at the gym, walking the bay, watching the Pat's at the bar, or by the pool or hot tub. If you prefer to keep to yourself that is fine too, the apartment and room is very spacious and there is always something to do in San Diego! Other things to note We will be there to let you in and show you around the complex when your arrive.
