The space We offer this accommodation for 22 people, composed as follows: 3 bedrooms for 2 people with bathroom and toilet, 3 bedrooms for 2 people with sink; the bathroom and toilet are shared with the 3 bedrooms on the landing. 1 bedroom for 6 people in 2 separate rooms (4+2) with bathroom. 1 bedroom for 4 people with bathroom (1 bunk bed +1 double bed or 2 single beds). All beds can be double or single. Linens and towels are provided. A spacious and bright 75 m2 living room including kitchen, living room and dining room to share great convivial moments. An outdoor area with terrace, chairs, tables are at your disposal. A bike garage is also available. Guest access A rental agreement will be requested as well as the certificate of civil liability insurance at the dates and places of the stay, covering any damage to property.
