Villa Patong is in a private Estate of only 5 villas 50 meters above sea level - on a small mountain. Set in a tropical forest – a natural and refreshing scene. Direct sea views of Patong Beach and the city. It's really quite beautiful at night time, as the city lights sparkle. You wont find a villa with more privacy in Patong Bay. There are no properties either side of the villa. Swim naked, do what you like. Scream and nobody will hear you. Land: 1,800 sqm Villa: 1,300 sqm built area Villa: 800 sqm internal area Total 6 bedrooms x 5 double bedrooms (1 King size bed) x 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds) Every bedroom has a full en-suite with shower, except one of the double rooms has a bathroom en-suite with toilet and basin, but no shower. 15 meter main Pool. The main pool is only 1.2 meters deep, so you can stand in it and have a beer ! Plus a Children’s pool 5 meters x 5 meters in size and 20cm deep. Kalim has many fine dining restaurants, including some of Phukets best, as well as many local well priced places to eat. It's only 5 minutes drive south to Patong Beach, Asia’s Capital for holiday entertainment, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, spas ... everything from major shopping malls, seafood markets, to vendors selling banana pancakes roadside. Doctors/clinics, Dentists, Banks, an Immigration office, 24 hour convenience stores, spas, .. .. basically everything you would find in a small city. Patong Beach is 3 km long, and loaded with holiday activity fun. From the villa, its also only 10 minutes drive directly north along the coast to quieter Kamala, and trendy Surin Beaches for a different style. So you have the best of all worlds. At the Villa you will enjoy total privacy. There are no properties either side of the villa. Top Minivan taxi service on call 24/7. Pay per trip point to point, or rent half whole days for dedicated service. Ask the staff for help, and we can also give the you Minivan teams contact details, so you can contact them direct at any time, and they are usually available at short notice 30 minutes. THE PRICE INCLUDES: Daily maids on duty 8am to 5pm for service and cleaning. The maids will cook an amazing breakfast feast for you. Cost of food is paid by the guests If the maids do the food shopping for breakfast, there is a 15% mark up on the cost of the food. Any shopping done for the guests by the maids/staff has a 15% mark up on the cost of the shopping. Includes - regular towels & linen - basic toiletries - garden and pool service, all utilities - all taxes. A villa manager will meet you at check in, and be available for assistance as required. OPTIONAL EXTRA COST: - Taxi minivan service on call 24/7.
