Located 10 minutes from the Caen ring road and 10 minutes from Falaise, the location of the apartment allows you to easily visit the capital of Normandy or the medieval city of Falaise or hike in Swiss Normandy, not to mention our beaches! The space The accommodation is located at the rear of the house, accessible by an independent door without steps, accessible to people with reduced mobility. It includes a kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine, microwave, kettle and dishes with lids to allow you to continue your zero waste approach without bringing your containers, a bedroom with a connected TV and a bathroom as well as an ideal terrace for a little breakfast in the sun. Guest access Parking is available in the yard in front of the garages. The entire apartment is dedicated to you only Other things to note We have chickens and two small roosters away from the house. You shouldn't hear them :-). Shower towels, hand towels and shower exit mats will save you space in your suitcase.
