Along with great view of Aravalli’s Umraobaug is also great for bird watching and wildlife viewing. Monkeys and peacocks are frequent visitors in the neighborhood. You will have full villa available for you to enjoy including a large lawn and patio to play outdoor games. Let us walk through the space: 1. You enter the house directly from the parking on the first floor, where you will find a beautiful large living room with seating for ten people and two sofa beds that can easily sleep four guests. There is a kitchen adjacent where you can prepare your own meal. A bedroom with a king-size bed and a wardrobe is located further ahead on this floor. On this floor, there is also a shared bath and toilet. 2. On the second floor, you'll find the second bedroom, which also has a king-size bed and a closet, as well as an attached bath and toilet. There is another common toilet nearby. This floor is notable for having two terraces from which to enjoy the view to the mountains 3. Our indoor swimming pool, as well as another bathroom and toilet, are located on the ground floor for your convenience. A patio overlooks the valley and the mountains. You can take a relaxing walk down to the large garden from the parking lot and play your favorite outdoor sports. You can also go into the fields to get some fresh fruits and vegetables. Meals : You will have a fully stocked kitchen with all accessories to prepare your own meals. Additionally, there is a restaurant at 1.5km from the property. Other things to note Umraobagh Property Truths : We promise you a welcoming home and a great stay but here are few things we would like to mention so you know what to expect : 1. You will need your own car to access the property as Uber / Ola or Autos from city do not provide service to this location. 2. The property is located in a rural setting and last leg of half KM is unpavered but drivable road. 3. Nearest restaurant and grocery store is 1.5 KM from the property. However, we also provide fully stocked kitchen for you to cook your own meal. 4. In case of a power outage, the inverter & generator can support lights and fans for up to 10 hrs 5. Mobile coverage is patchy. Jio & Airtel work at some spots. However, Wi-Fi works very well and could be used for calling.
