The upper room is not recommended for older people with physical problems and children under 12 years of age because they have to go up and down a steep spiral staircase. * The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated. In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace and a cold air conditioner. * The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning. * The TV (living) has a cromecast that allows access to all apps (netflix, spotify, youtube,etc.) from any phone or tablet guests have. No cable plugged in. * To listen to music, a talkant Bose that connects via Bluetooth is available. For the coffee there is a nespresso, an Italian coffee maker and a bodum. Guest access No additional guests over 4 people. No other people who have not been included in the reservation can stay overnight. The pool does not have child protection, so the elderly guests in charge must take extreme care when approaching it, leaving it under their sole responsibility. Other things to note ONLY AIRBNB RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests must submit their ID and/or passports prior to check-in. SAFE: Its use is the sole responsibility of the guest.
