The space Our luxury space offers a private suite within our shared home, with a private en-suite bathroom. Owners do live on site, and hallways, main level sitting and dining areas are open to guests but are shared spaces. The suite and it's bathroom are 100% private to guests. ** NOTE: Due to the historic nature and large size of our home, our home does not rely heavily on air conditioning. We have a cooling system available, but we kindly ask guests who prefer a heavily air-conditioned environment to rent elsewhere as this home, while it does have some AC, cannot become ice cool the way modern homes can. We provide portable fans. **we cannot welcome children or infants to this suite. No exceptions to this we’re sorry to say. We have another suite for rent in our home - which can be booked together with this one! Complemented with WIFI, hairdryer, caffeinated coffee, our space is just minutes by foot to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lake Ontario, all the Shaw theatres, restaurants, golf, shopping and 20 minutes by car to the famous Niagara Falls. NOTE: Bathroom does not have a door. They also have access to the entry space, main level living and dining area, and front patio for outside seating and enjoyment. During your stay Our local property manager is available for emergencies and questions during your stay and can be reached by phone and the Airbnb platform. As noted - owners live on site in separate area of the home. IG @rentalsniagara Other things to note - NOTE: there is NO kitchen or microwave in this suite. - Bathroom does NOT have a door from bedroom. - Breakfast is not included. - The King Bed is made up of 2 Single Haven Mattresses. - TV is streaming only, no cable and guests must use their own accounts - blinds are not blackout - Owner lives in the house - noise may be heard. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for the washroom. - Niagara-on-the-Lake is a rural setting and there are various bugs in all seasons.
