This property is steps away from the water and offers a soft sandy beach for a gradual walk in as well as a large dock with a deep, weed free swimming area off the end. It is located 5 minutes from Fort Irwin Marina, 20 minutes from Sir Sam’s Ski/Ride, and 30 minutes from downtown Haliburton. The space This cottage offers: A stunning lake view right off the deck and is steps away from the dock/lake. This property also has minimal steps if mobility is an issue. Living room: TV with Chrome cast (no cable), a large variety of board games and cards Dining room: Table for 6 with a large window looking out towards the gorgeous lake Kitchen: Stove top/Oven/Refrigerator/Microwave/Electric kettle/Toaster/Coffee maker(regular)/Sink/Cooking essentials (oil,salt, pepper) Deck: Patio set perfect for meals/drinks by the water as well as muskoka chairs to enjoy your morning coffee (or tea!), an outdoor BBQ, bar top, and mini fridge Outdoor: Large dock to accommodate everyone (shared with adjacent cottage, also owned by AirBNB hosts- we are not always there, but we are friendly!), one paddle board and two single person kayak, 2 children and 2 adult life jackets will be provided, a large fire pit (also shared with adjacent cottage- again we are friendly haha!)
