Cozy Rustic Bunkhouse Getaway at Dovetail Ranch

Come enjoy our cozy bunkhouse for a night or two. This fun, one room bunkhouse has just what you need for a little getaway. There is a comfy double bed on the main floor and one in the loft. A small kitchenette is great for fixing a small meal. There is a train that is known to run through the night. We have fresh ear plugs for you but our guests haven't needed them. The bathroom includes a composting toilet and a sink, no shower. There are places to walk and enjoy the serene environment. The space 20 minutes away from Snoqualmie Summit ski resorts, Alpental, Innertubing, Snowshoeing, X-country skiing. Minutes away from flyfishing on the Yakima River, Lake Easton State Park, hiking in Goat Peaks wilderness or Lake Kachess. Guest access We'll send you the fresh doorknob code prior to your arrival. Dec - March Winter Weather Note We are located in Snow Country on the eastern slope of the Cascade Mountains -- it's beautiful! If you do not know this area, you should know that road travel is highly variable during the winter. Teams of snowplows work constantly whenever there is a storm in order to clear the roads, but if you are trying to make a schedule in the middle of a storm you should prepare with a full tank of gas, 4-wheel drive or AWD, and warm clothes and boots in case you are stopped by blocked roads. We are conveniently close to I-90, but if you are unsure of something, give us a call. We will help you out, maybe come pull you out of a ditch! Around here we all get by with a little help from our neighbors.
