The cottage can sleep up to 2 guests. Situated in the pretty village of Legbourne in the heart of Lincolnshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty and within easy access of both the Wolds and the Lincolnshire Coastline. The location makes the cottage a perfect choice for those visiting Louth and surrounding areas and attractions. Wheelwright's Rest is a new build cottage with a well equipped kitchen/living space, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and private garden space, all furnished to a high standard. It has its own thermostatically controlled underfloor heating to make your stay as comfortable as possible. White cotton bed linen and fresh fluffy towels are provided. Patio doors from the main living space open up onto an private outdoor seated area - to enjoy the sunshine! The cottage has its own private off road parking spot just outside with an EV car charge point. We're sure you will enjoy your stay so much you'll want to return again and again! Guest access Wheelwrights Rest is self contained with its own garden and parking space. Other things to note The property is a detached newly built annex next door to our home. Access is from a shared driveway. It has its own front door and its own private paved garden.
