Main House is available on Airbnb in front of Casita - completely separate. The quaint area of McAllen has glorious large trees, native plants and many beautiful homes to admire. Conveniently located just a few steps to the Art District, shops and the most popular restaurants in McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley. The space This modern studio-style Casita de McAllen is located in the vibrant area of OldeTowne, McAllen, just steps from the Art District and Las Palmas Historic District. This listing is an entire Guesthouse with designated entry door, separate from Main House located on the southeast side of the property. 1 Queen-Size Hybrid Mattress bed + additional twin-size sofa bed and 1 full bath. A rotating TV mount allows you to view the Smart TV from the couch (pullout twin sofa-bed) or from the comfort of the Hybrid Mattress - Queen size Bed in the bedroom area. The full size bathroom with sliding modern barn-door allows for privacy or open concept while allowing in natural light to the south-facing private window.
