Guest access The House is modern, new, fully furnished and decorated with very good taste, valuing nature and located in a gated condominium with security 24 hours. It has 5 air-conditioned suites (accommodates 16 people, with a maximum of 10 adults), a living room with a smart TV and air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private pool, a gourmet space, a barbecue grill, 2 beer makers and a wine cellar for 12 bottles, a refrigerator and freezer, an air fryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with household utensils. For your convenience we offer a cook from the region, who knows how to elaborate typical dishes of Bahia such as Ensopados, seafood moths and various snacks, with a special rate for our guests. The swimming pool, cared for daily by a qualified professional, is ionized, reducing the need for the use of chemicals. Bed and bath linens are from the hotel line (white). We also have a club with sauna, children's and adult pools with hydromassage, fitness space, gourmet playground, volleyball and tennis courts, soccer field, bike path integrated with the Villa. In addition to being comfortable, functional and surrounded by nature, the house offers a cozy environment, with peace and tranquility for those who want to rest and enjoy their family and friends in a paradisiacal place, enjoying total safety.
