There is a separate Granny Flat attached to the main house by a Breezeway ,inside the white gates at the top of the driveway. Family use this granny flat when they are in Brisbane. They maintain the pool and the property. There is no interaction unless you require assistance. Halfway down the driveway there is a separate 1 bedroom studio, " The Hideaway" Guests do not have access to the pool or main yard area occupied by guests in the Main House. Guest access Please drive to the top of the driveway and park in the carport area. Entrance to the property is through the French doors along the front verandah. There are many great spots where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility that Samford Valley has to offer. The House block is fenced, as there are sheep in the adjacent paddocks and a small dam at the rear of the property. Please stay in the house block area and watch children at all times. This is a rural block and we do have the odd slippery friend that moves between properties, plus lizards and possums etc....Just remember to keep doors closed when you are not around to avoid any unwanted guests! Other things to note Please NO parties nor additional visitors to the property. No glass in the pool and gates must be closed at all times. There is Tank water and Town water at the property with a water pump and Envirotec waste system. Please follow house rules regarding the use of water at the property. Please NO FIRES permitted. No smoking. Due to the location and nature of the property, pets are not permitted.
